I have tried to contact Dillen via email and personal message through this website and have not received a reply, that I may inquire about belts for my beocord.  I actually am looking for two kits, but mainly want to give my beocord 5000 a go.  Maybe I'm doing something wrong?  Is there an alternative means for a belt kit from a reputable supplier?

I have also tried several times to reach Martin with PM or Email or Contact from his website, also without success.
On Martin's website BEOPARTS.Com there is a hint:

Note:
Emails may not be answered – or may only be answered sporadically – from apprx. january 15th to early february 2019.
But write anyways! All emails WILL be answered – just not until early february.

So we have to be patient

Recently I ordered belts from Dillen after having e-mail contact; it took a while before he answered my e-mail: he may have been busy or on vacation, anyway do not give up trying to contact him.

(my Beocord runs great after installing the received belts)

Hi,

Try contacting him again. He was out of pocket for a while but should be back now.  Everyone deserves a vacation once in a while :-)
