I've recently been given a Beogram 4004 turntable that does not power on, after digging into it I've found that the power transformer is fried. Can anyone tell me what voltage it is supposed to output, that way I can test to see if there is any further damage to this table?
I fitted a 24 volt output toroidal transformer to my BG4004,and it works well,although I think the original transformer had a slightly higher output?
