Hi,

i would simply know if i can do "Menu" on this terminal ?

it has no "menu", no shft, but has "control" "tune", "step", ....

i tried some combinations but nothing worked.

Thanks a lot

It seems that you have an old Video Terminal, rather than a Beolink 1000?

They were supplied with the LX25/2800 tv's,and as there was no onscreen menu with these tv's,there is no function for it via the remote control.

The later LX25/2802 tv's however, did have a menu system, and came with the Beolink 1000 remote control, which became the defacto universal B&O remote control for many years.

(As above) I think he is talking about the BL1000 predecessor discussed in this thread: https://archivedarchivedforum2.beoworld.org/forums/p/38215/317414.aspx#317414

There was the V Terminal, A terminal and AV terminal.

I think in this situation, if you need MENU, I would look for a second hand BL1000.

Hi,

effectively, Guy, you are right. It's exactly the remote shown in the thread you mentioned.

Thanks both for your reply.

I have an old BV3 to give, and i cannot give it without a remote.

So i thought, i could give the Video terminal, but if it cannot do "Menu", i cannot give it.

i have another normal  BL1000, so i have to give this with the BV3.
