If ever you felt like committing suicide just buy Beolab50’s!

Never in my whole existence have I experienced anything comparable to this!

trying to connect to my WLAN, it will not. It says it will, but it does not. B&O tell me it will but it does not. The dealer tells me it will but it does not. The internet tells me it will but it does not. My Godmother tells me it will, but it does not.

So,two weeks later, many internet friendly guys, much better than me have tried and given up, the dealer promised to do it. But no response! No dealer, no assistance.

so now I have a pair ofBeolab 50’s that are about to be thrown in the lake opposite! I have lost 5 years off my life because of these MF’s and have had no real assistance fromB&O other than to repeat stating what ?I am already doing.

StuffB&O. This is absolutely the last ever purchase! You deserve to go to the wall. And ?I know you will.

Hopefully you feel better after that... Wink

Has your dealer gone bust?  If so, have you contacted B&O directly?  I think Razlaw posted some new contact details for B&O where they are more than happy to help with any issues...  Clearly yours are more deep-rooted by the looks of things and will need a visit, probably followed by a new pair of speakers if nobody can get them to work.

Hej Lee

Dealer has not gone bust, he has promised to sort this 3 days ago. But since then no contact! B&O have been contacted directly yes. But everytime it’s a different person just talking down to me. Standard connection....Do this, do that. What the hell do you think I have been doing for weeks? Nothing effing works!!! Nothing.

“The problem is my internet.” Is it? My Beovision connects with no issues along with other products so don’t tell me this sh1t!

Mr B&O...Get your effing *** out here and sort this. I have been buying these products for 33 years. It is all coming to an end right here, right now!

Hmm... this is not good. Especially since you made a purchase with the value similar to that of a family car!

If you really are getting nowhere, hopefully you paid for them on a credit card?  That way you can just raise a case with them and they'll hold the money from the dealer. This always makes them sit up and listen...

So sorry to hear it has come to this. This is not how B&O should be, and hopefully someone who can turn some wheels is reading this.

You are right... buy the car, drive it off Beachy Head. You are guaranteed at least 10 seconds of pleasure. 10 seconds more than Ihave had with Beolab 50!

Oef, this is really bad. I feel for you. Tell the dealer to pick them up at least you do not have to look at them and let them sort it in their office and connect them there. Imho the first thing they should do is send a mechanic are they completely nutsss?

Sorry, but I won't buy this story.

If you spend this amount of money and encounter this amount of problems and the dealer didn't solve the problem right away, then by now I would have had a bad experience but I would have my money back.

Simple as that

I live in a country where no-one does anything, ever without payment! So I am expected to pay extra to have this sorted!!! I have reluctantly agreed out of desperation. Days later......still waiting!

“Your Internet is the problem” was the standard line given to all the folks (myself included) who bought the Moment only for it not to work because the software was flawed. I can only imagine that history is repeating itself again. If using a wired connection is an option I suggest trying that and then doing a firmware update to see if that helps resolve the problem.

heard the same lines when my lab 50's were faulty, I know how you feel. There is a known wifi chip issue if i recall correctly from the manuals I've seen but wasn't supposed to. It can also be that you're to quick on the draw to try again. 8/10 times with setup my wifi setup failed and the app crashed etc. then next time after a few minutes after having power cycled it again it would mysteriously work. Also the app rarely connects on the first try, a quick double tap usually does the trick for what its worth...
