Why is the light always on when Beosound Ouverture is in stand by. No clock.
Do you mean the green timer light?
Try pressing MUTE on the Beosound control panel while the unit is in standby. This works on the BC2300, which is similar.
Alternatively, on the Beosound control panel:
- Press SETUP
- Press DOWN arrow, until TIMER is displayed
- Press PLAY, to see current timer settings
- Press UP arrow, to switch timer on or off (green light should cycle on/off)
- Press PLAY to store setting
