Hi,

my Beoremote one BT sometimes lost the connection to my TV Eclipse.

Yesterday I switch the TV on, no problem, then I want to change the channel, no reaction.

No button on the remote was working, the display says CONNECTION, but nothing happens.

There was no display of empty batteries.

Then I open the remote and change the batteries, insert new ones, rebuild the remote, everything was fine.

The old batteries had a voltage of 1,43 Volt, each; approximately usage of 2 weeks.

But how long this working, I don't know, this kind of error was the 4th time within 6 weeks.

Does anyone know what kind of problem that could be?

Tomorrow I go to the dealer, he wanted to take a closer look, although the error occurs only sporadically.

Ingo
