Hello,
My name is Pedro from Portugal and I am new in the forum...
I have a Turntable Beogram 4000 and the right fuse is blowing.
Can anyone help me with that...
Thanks.
Most likely a shorted transformer.
Martin
Thanks for quick help...
What do you think is the best solution for that.
First diagnose and confirm. If the transformer shows up as bad, it must be replaced.
I just check volts on both fuses terminal without fuses and read 146 volts. And should be 220 ~ 240 volts, I guess...
with the fuses removed you should read mains voltage.....may sound obvious but make sure you meter is set to measure AC volts. you need to disconnect the secondary outputs from the transformer and power up again...if the transformer has failed the fuses will blow again and you will need a replacement transformer...if the fuses remain good check the secondary output voltages to make sure they are all good....if so start to look further into the power supply circuit
