I've rebuilt these super speaker's,and although there are now more teeth marks along the edge of the workbench,I'm pleased with the result.

I'm puzzled though by the action of the standby light.

I remember that this glowed dimly red in standby,then went green as the unit powered up.If the light turned yellow at any time(fault mode!)you reached for fire extinguisher and paracetomol?

On both of my units,the light seems to be orange in standby,then brighter orange at power up.No yellow at any stage thankfully,and the unit's perform well too.

I've tried a new bi coloured  led(still readily available)to no avail.

Nurse-the screens?
