Beoplay M5 - local control sometimes unresponsive ?

The local control on my M5 is sometimes problematic. Volume control (left/right turns) is always ok, but tapping in order to start/stop/change source is often unresponsive.

After power off/on everything is ok again as long as I only use the local control. However, when start to use the B&O app, the problem very often comes back.

Has anybody else had the same problem?

I have also noticed this. I thought at first something was broken, but then it worked again.

Doesn‘t really make much difference to me as I don’t usually operate it manually.

Thanks for your feedback. Good to know.

I will try to use local control and/or my Beoremote One BT with the M5 instead of the B&O app for a couple of days, to see if it’s the app that is causing the problem.
