Hi Beoworlders,
To celebrate 10 years of Sounds Heavenly supporting Beoworld, Lee has joined me for a video looking back at the trip to B&O in Struer and the infamous Beoworld rooftop party, as well as the imminent online prize draw:-

With a big thank you to Lee for all his hard work in keeping this superb site alive.
Here's to the next 10 years!
Kind regards, Steve.

Great! Thanks for sharing! Been both to the London party and the Beoworld factory visit in Struer. Good times

Really nice to see Steve and Lee (whom I've never met) on video! I always assumed (for no reason) you would have a southern accent Lee, but do I hear a northern hint of an accent?
However.... what's with the pronunciation of the site's name???
I've always said it (and B&O's products) as "BEO". Never heard anyone say "BAYO" before. Have I really been wrong all these years??? Or do I need my ears testing? on both counts maybe!
Cheers
Nigel
Nice blue shirt Steve
Pleased to see you Lee also !

I'm a BEEE- O.
I'm wrong but Bayo hurts my head.
Beh-oh-Ô
If you think nobody cares, try missing a couple of payments.
I've always said Bayo, not Beeo. I've heard it said both ways even by staff in Struer, but I've no idea why I say it this way. It was probably said to me in the mid 80's by my local dealer (up North) and it stuck?!

Born and raised in Bradford, West Yorkshire for the first 18 years of my life. Hard to shake off my Northern twang. My accent sounds Southern up North, and Northern down South. I can't win.

Bee-Oh-Wolf is probably the Danish and German way to pronounce it?

That’s an easy one.
Beeo is danish - Bayo is danish coloured with the way they speak in the area ‘round Struer.
Nice video you have done Steve and Lee and glad to have a face of Lee finally :)

@Steve - thanks for posting the video
@Lee - Congratulations on 10 years! I was a a very happy and loyal client of AVLifestyle and still miss the great service! Thank goodness for BeoWorld!
Best,
Rob
Thanks guys,
It was great to catch up with Lee and talk over some of the highlights from the past few years. The time seems to have flown past!
Great memories of the Kensington Roof Gardens event. My wife won the BS3 sat on the prize table. I thought I'd heard my name called out, only to be told by Lee to sit down again as he repeated Mrs Vikinger's name.
