I have many products B&O I have e8 and bought yesterday e8 2.0. New e8 not working with old app. In old app we can in tonetouch move litle circle in all position and that little ⭕️ we can make bigger and with that find personal sound. This work for all headphones. In new app we can’t make circle ⭕️ bigger. And without that i not make satisfying sound.
Is this some mistake in app, or I don’t work properly with app. Please help, old app is way better. I think you understand me. Im not native English speaker

You are not supposed to be able to "pinch" the dot.
That functionality is removed for the headphones. I read somewhere that it created some problems in the sound.
Also, the effect is not really needed in stereo headphones.
More relevant for speakers like M5 and others.
