can you connect the Beosystem 3 to an old Avant 32 RF CRT and if so, how?

Thanks a lot. Two more questions:
1) Will this lead to reduced picture quality compared to using an external receiver and connecting directly to the Avant via Scart?
2) I'm still not quite clear (even after reading the manual) how to connect Audio and Video in such a setup. I can directly connect the Avants IR out to the IR in auf the Beosystem 3 via cinch? How do I integrate an audio system, say the Beosound 9000? Connect via Masterlink to the Beosystem 3? How should I program options then? Beosystem 3 in 0 and Beosound 9000 and Beovision Avant in 1?
Sorry for asking, but I find it not obvious.

Are you wanting it for surround sound? or utiizing hdmi? or?
you can get a Beovision 7-40 MK3+ for probably less than a Beosystem 3..
There are several reasons. I honestly don‘t want to replace the old Avant CRT RF if reasonably possible. Kai
