This is my first post but I was hoping you might be able to help. i have a Beocom 4 phone which I have had for about 8 years. The battery is knackered so I ordered a replacement online. Unfortunately the battery has 3 pins and the one in the phone only has 2. Any idea if it can be converted or where I might get a 2 pin battery?

Secondly the sound quality is now very poor on the phone and I struggle to hear what is said even with the volume turned to maximum. This is a new problem and I have struggled to find much reference to it online.

Thanks

Ian

Welcome to the forum :-)

The faults could be rectified by a B&O service centre. It may be that the phone needs new innards.

The cost to repair an 8 year old phone may not be worth it. There are deals to be had with ex display or pre owned telephones. Why not contact your local dealer and see what they can offer?

Good luck

I'm sure you are right about repair costs not being worth it...I will look out for possible deals and d/w local dealer

Thx
