Beosound 9000 repair

I live in New Mexico and I have a Beosound 9000 that needs repair. Does anyone know a place to have this done.

in the worst case scenario you tell us what has to be repaired and we will tell you how :-)

Call your nearest B&O shop (Scottsdale?) and ask them.  You'll probably have to ship it.

The CD Sled is not working. It will not move to the CD

Hi, based on service manual it may be caused by defective sledge motor.
But first try to release the sledge by running TM72. Then you switch off the mains, manually move the sledge back in the first position and switch on your BS 9000 again.
