Intriguing that the camera seems to follow these people around the store. Was it some sort of automated system, or was someone doing the filming but failed to notice the theft until after the event?

To answer my own query, maybe the video is an edited composite from multiple camera positions.
Michael: vikinger: Intriguing that the camera seems to follow these people around the store. Graham As far as I can see it’s just views from different cameras that were all recording throughout the day. I guess the recorded video is a cell phone held up against a monitor re-watching the events from selected views after they realized the theft had occurred.

Sorry for the dealer who suffered the loss, the criminals involved were just brazen.
On a funny note we had a Beolit 12 once stolen from our store years ago, 2 or 3 days later there was a scruffy looking bag left at the back door of the shop.
When opened it had the missing Beolit 12 in it.
Whether the person(s) involved had a pang of guilt, where scared of being caught in possession or just couldn't connect it to their WiFi, we will never know.......

They probably used the evening to google what they had, found the usual praising Beoworld discussion on new product launches, and decided to bring it back
