Sound. Cut off when using Beoplay a6

I am using my iPhone to playback on the  BeoPlay a6. I have been experiencing audio cut off recently. 

I have reminded ved the device a few time unplugging power from it. I have tried to reset using the reset button but it still fails. Anybody has idea for fixing the issue?

At full volume? A6 will cut out at high levels, this is normal for the A6.

Thanks for the information. The speaker itself is/was not as full volume nor was the iPhone. Today i separated my bass guitar amp combo at 1.5 meters apart from the speaker and it seems to have worked out ok so far. I think it may be the magnetic field surrounding the space around both amp and the a6. Or maybe my theory is plain stupid and i was lucky today trying it
