After a successful beomaster 1900 restoration, I am now trying to resurrect a beogram 1900. Its missing a cartridge, so i have ordered a mmc20en from FJS.

Problems:

The belt is broken. Have to figure out how to get a new belt as close to factory specs as possible. Any suggestions?

Idler pulley shaft was completely stuck (the one with the litlle clip for 33-45 speed change) and came out in two pieces. its broken from where the groove is.  Oyherwise the rubber on the idler pulley seems in quite good shape, soft and not deformed.

Has anybody managed to get the AC motor copper pulley off to re vacum-oil the bearings? I understand its pressure fit but Im hesitant to try it for fear of braking anythng else. For now i cleaned and oiled the lower bearing and dropped a little oil on the top one. But as I've read this is not a good or lasting solution.

Cleaned and oiled all other parts and did a test run with some glue holding the belt together - everything besides speed selector appears to be working. The turntable gets to about 33.7rpm with the pitch controll turned to max speed, and is pretty steady only fluctuating where the belt is glued.

But I dont really want to run it with the half idler pulley shaft and those motor bearings. Is there anybody offering a service to re-oil these motor bearings? preferrably somewhere in europe. I know Beolover does this but i think he is in USA and the shipping of the motor back and forth would probably cost more than the work. Or should I be brave and try it myself?
