Hi,

looking for a kitchen TV instead of my BL2000. A set with ML and HDMI would be nice. SHMBO has rejected BV10, so I’m now thinking about BV 8-32. It’s a matter of space, as it’s not a very slim TV, so I have some questions:

- How many cm will there be from the wall to the tip of the speakers?

- How many cm will there be from the wall to the back of the TV (space for an Apple TV 4)?

- Is it possible (and easy) to have it to control the ATV?

- Is the wall mount fixed or can the TV be rotated?

A picture or two of such a set would be great!

/Thanx

Not the original wall mount, but this will give you an idea of size:

You’ll end up banging your head on the speaker. I would go with the 10/32 everytime, it’s a nice looking set with good proportions, much slimmer on the wall than the BV8. Pop a Chromecast into the HDMI and USB sockets to stream Netflix, iPlayer and music.

I would go the 10-32 over the 8-32

The BV10-32 is a true wall mounted TV and looks the part. It’s compact yet practical

The 8 is getting old, likely to have an older TV tuner and doesn’t have 1080 resolution

The 8-32 does not have a digital tuner, only 8-40 has that. You would need an external tuner which I have for mine. And there is only 1 hdmi.

BV10-32 anytime —— your SHMBO must be kidding.

MM

There is a tv - and there is a BV

Thank you for inputs and pictures!

I only need one HDMI (for use with ATV) and Master Link. No need for tuner.

But 23,5 cm will be a problem. Will do another try with SHMBO for the 10-32.

Cheers!

Agree that  a BV10 is to be preferred before BV8.

I had both (BV8-32 and BV10-40) and BV10 is superior. The 10-32 has very nice proportions.

Lycka till!

I like the look of 10-40 more than 10-32 (and 10-46) but I don’t know why.

Is the proportions between screen and speaker better on 10-40? Anyone agree, or is just me?
