Is it possible to connect a Beosound Core (within a Shape) via WISA to a TV for surround sound?
The Beosound Core unfortunately has no build in WISA modul.
Is it possible to connect a Beolab Receiver 1 WISA Modul via line-in to a Beosound Core?
I read somewhere, that the Receiver 1 WISA Modul is „only“ mono (= 1 Channel), but using the Beosound Core I would prefer Stereo = 2 Channels (as rear left and right loud speaker).
Is the Beolab Receiver 1 able to handle 2 Channels? If not, is there any other solution to connect the Beosound Core wireless to a TV?

Yes, as rear left and right loudspeaker.
And before I buy a Receiver 1 I would like to know if the Receiver 1 can handle two channels (left and right), because the Beosound Shape as stereo loudspeaker could / should manage two channels.
The Shape as a speaker (in different configurations) can be part of a multichannels setup.
However you won’t need or benefit in any way from the BS Core.....apart from setting up the amp/speakers.
Setup correctly you can adress the combination of amp and speakers like any other active speaker/BL.
And you can use the Receiver 1 for the Wireless Power Link connection as well, if you don’t want to run regular PL cables.
P.S. In this combination the Shape is NOT a ‘stereo speaker’ - it is one speaker, that has to be assigned as Left-front, Right, front etc etc when used as multichannel speaker.

The BS Core is a music hub - you can connect any BeoLab speaker to it. (It is also used as part of a BS Shape setup).
Since it is a NetworkLink product you can connect it to any modern NL-based BV - wireless or wired using an excisting (good functioning) homenetwork infrastructure.
This means that you can share the sources of each NL-product from and to these devices......as an example play netradio from a Core through a BV.

If you want separate channes (L+R), you'll need two amplifiers.
Assuming you're transmitting WISA from a B&O television, you would need two WISA receivers (each only handles one channel) that would then be combined back into 3.5mm jack to connect to the Core's aux in. You'd have to tinker with the turn-on volume a bit as you won't have the same ability to directly "tune" the rears as you would if they were BeoLabs.
Another option is to dispense with the Core and output directly into the Shape and then partition it as a speaker group in your BeoVision such that AirPlay, Multiroom, etc. plays directly to the Shape alone. The major downside is that you'd lose AirPlay2 unless you're using an Eclipse as the feature doesn't translate from an associated Core or Essence.

I am sure somewhere it was mentioned that the Core was require to at least initially configure the power amp?

Exactly - that is what I wrote above.
Without the BS Core the Shape (amp and speakers) is just like another BeoLab - depending on how many amp modules, you have.
You won’t need the BS Core.......other than when configuring the amp.
If you already have it, you can use it somewhere else in the house.
Which BV are you using? In case of a BV11 or another from that generation, you can simply connect it to that via NL - means letting it use the speakers of the tv.
The amp in the Shape is a two channel amp - so one Receiver 1 for each channel.
As for the cable needed, ask your B&O dealer or Steve/SoundsHeavenly.
Is that Shape set up already, is it as one unit on the wall?
That’s correct. The Core uploads the initial configuration which afterwards lives in the amps. So once that’s complete you could swap out to a PL input, a Sonos Connect, etc. and still retain the custom configuration.
