As it seems that there are some of the English tour missing, I have decided to go for the Danish tour instead, also because it is easier with work and so on.
Bad move in regard for the two left on the English tour, but I am looking forward to seeing you all.
Should we look into ordering a table for eating? Who wants to meet up afterwards?

Hans-Henrik og jeg er med på noget spisning et eller andet sted,men det bliver dog ikke noget natteroderi for vores vedkommende,vi har 4 timers kørsel hjem og når vi er hos Hans-Henrik har jeg yderligere 35 minutters kørsel hjem .
Jeg skal da ha’ noget at spise, inden jeg kører hjem.....eller tager på hotel i Struer.

as Soren stated in the english thread i thought to switch to the danish thread to keep track. Only problem is i don't know any danish ecxecept Bang & Olufsen (and may be smorebrod )
I'm booked to the english tour (9:00 am on 9.08.19). I'll arrive on Thursday the 8th and will leave on Sunday the 11th.
Meeting for something to eat and or drink in the evening would be a great idea. I don't know if there are any plans already but i'll be there

Den danske tour 9/8 er udsolgt. Men der er vist stadig billetter til den engelske.
The Danish tour august 9. is sold out - but still tickets available for the English.

1970 or 71 (not sure) I helped Inger (the first owner) convert an old grocery store into a restaurant/bar, after opening I worked there as a waiter/bartender about one month, and then left to get into my career as a printing machine technician. At that time the restaurant was only named Pingvinen (the penguin) the big sign outside had a penguin and 2 wine glasses on it. Later on, I dont know when, it was renamed to the happy Penguin, If you go there, have a good time

Weekends Copenhagen,(son is there) weekdays in Horsens, and Struer Museum is a must, I was there 2-3 years ago, shot a bunch of photos, when I came home my mobil was stolen after 3 days, and the photos was lost.I am checking the Museum for event in September but nothing yet.

It is FRIDAY night... -and 20h is a bit too late for us who have to drive home afterwards. I was thinking about meeting immediately after the danish tour in the afternoon, and then get something to eat (and drink).

Thank You, Søren. I'm sure we'll have a good time. - and it is only about 100 m from the Museum... which is only approx. 1100 m from the Factory. So not much driving around there

If someone has spare time, when in Struer, he/she could pay the B&O-preowned store in Bremdal a visit.
Bremdal is located just a couple of kilometers outside Struer.
It is ‘part’ of the B&O store there - just seperated....and within 1 minut to reach when you are at that.

Those who are more in to the oldschool B&O will have fun there and might even find something to take with him/her home.
(Viggo - the owner and the senior - has a lot to tell about B&O in previous times.....but he is not always there).
If you are more into the recent products, you will have a good time in the B&O store there.

Best I can find for you is this one from Holstebro there are trains to Struer about every 30 min, stay overnight in Struer, meet Ramabo and Kyuttendale in the hotel

The tour and museum visit exceeded our expectations. Had a great time.
The demonstration of "Hey Google" product integration was interesting. The gentleman had full confidence his voice and instructions would be recognized regardless of his position in the BeoHome and despite the presence of a chit-chatting audience. It worked every time. The full integration of an 80's vinyl record player, which should not be all that surprising (it was, after all, an MCL or ML product), raised, nonetheless, quite a bit of a "wow" factor for some of us.The only future product hint I got is that they expect to add Siri. I welcome this news (at least news to me!).
My wife wants to know who is the female solo singer with which the Beolab 90 was demonstrated on the semi-anechoic chamber, so if anyone can share, I'd appreciate it!Many thanks to Søren Mexico who inspired me to attend and even offered to donate his ticket, which in the end I was not able to profit from.
