I also had a perfect day! Well, almost... I could easily have spent a couple of hours more at the factory if there had been more time
Especially in the listening chamber and BeoHome. Very cool how they had integrated control of almost everything in the BeoHome such as lights, curtains, a television built in to a mirror and even opening and closing the toilet lid!
The female artist will be Suzanne Vega singing Tom's Diner if you heard the same songs as we did on the Danish tour.

Nice day indeed!
As for Suzanne Vega/Tom’s dinner - be sure to get the original version.....not some remix!

There is a tv - and there is a BV
If someone took fotos (I did not), he/she could post them here, maybe.

XavierItzmann:My wife wants to know who is the female solo singer with which the Beolab 90 was demonstrated on the semi-anechoic chamber, so if anyone can share, I'd appreciate it!
Suzanne Vega singing "Tom's Diner".

Oops... saw on the next page of the thread that others (including MM) beat me to it... Apologies for the redundancy.
Hi,
it was a great day yesterday at B&O, but much to short but also the Struer Museum with Freddi as the guide was a great experience. And the day ended with a nice evening with lots of the tour members, Geoff and a rumor about a very, very special, extremely limited edition (only 1 will ever be done) of a special red edition of the BeoLab 90
Thanks to all who informed us about the event, presented the event and all the people joining the event!

Talking about Suzanne Vega singing Tom’s Diner, there is an interessesting storry that not everybody knows.
Suzanne Vega was given the title "The Mother of the MP3".........because:

Thanks to B&O and Struer Museum for a fantastic Day Friday.
-and a special thanks to Geoff for his presentation in the "listening room" -very interesting.
It was also very nice to meet you Beoworld members at the "Penguin" afterwards.
Here is a few pictures.
Anyone remember what that ‘thingy’ was called, that they had mounted under the tables in the BeoHome for controlling?

That was a LoxOne Touch Surface (https://shop.loxone.com/enus/touch-surface.html)
But it's part of the LuxOne Smart Home collection... Figuring out if it's possible to configure without the Miniservers
Anyway.. Some pictures of my visit to Denmark (incl the Lego House, Struer/B&O & Grenen (nothmost point of Denmark):

Karel.
Thanks a lot!
I did not see these ‘signs’ that you see in the video, on the tables in the BeoHome.
Interesting stuff for those who are into Home Automation.
And also thanks a lot for the pictures - they really are gorgeous 👍
Karel,
These pics are beyond fantastic. Each and every one. Now I wish we had gone to Legoland! Perhaps we'll rent a car from Copenhaguen next week.
Thank you for posting these.
Best,

I tried that too - did not work out that well.....there must be more to it 😉
As you know I had to cancel and postpone my trip to DK, I went there on 11 to 25 of September, but due to sickness in the family I had to stay with my sister nearly the whole trip, but could arrange to meet Henrik in Copenhagen. Henrik found an antenna for my Beolit 600 for me. We met at a pub near a train station, as always Henrik went out of his way to meet me and bring me the antenna, furthermore he wouldn't let me pay for it. I have been helped by Henrik now several times a more helpful person will be hard to find, even here on Beoworld. Henrik I dont know how to thank you, you have a lot of IOY (I owe you) on my account, someday I will find something I can do for you.
I had plans of going to Struer by myself and also to visit Steffen to try out his B&O bar, this was not possible as i mentioned before, sorry Steffen. Apart from the antenna I could also bring a BM 1000 that has been stored in Copenhagen for 3 years since I bought it
Collecting Vintage B&O is not a hobby, its a lifestyle.
