Beoplay E8 2.0 Left buds Quieter

Hello,

I just received as a gift, brand new Beoplay E8. (Last Friday 7th of June)

They are really brilliant, love the sound quality, design. 

Unfortunately one buds (left) is quiter. Difference is noticable. I have seen plenty of solution provided on youtube by your profile, and tried each of them with no results, even the hard reset does not help.

Is this something wrong with my pair?

Make sure you’ve updated the E8 firmware to 5.6.0 first.

Quickly check your phone settings as well. I have seen this on a clients phone before where the bias of balance was on the right only. The phone was brand new but he’d updated settings from a previous phone and it transferred settings across.

If you’re using iOS go to settings, general, accessibility and scroll down to balance and check here.

Unfortunately I could not update in the ios app E8 firmware.

2.0 use 5.0.0, or I do something wrong, but without possibilities.

I have checked balance, was in the middle. I slighlty move into left and is fine, but should not be a solution;) maybe temporary..

Another thing to check. Make sure that they are clean from ear wax. It can affect the sound.

5.0.0 is the latest firmwere for E8 2.0 so far. 

Thanks for all your comments. I have checked all those things.

I contacted with BO support center. After investigation root is probably in hardware issue.
