Dear all, appreciate if anyone can give some guidance for my new moment set up. I've noticed battery draining from 100% down to 40% over night either on or off the hub (SoundHeart). is this normal or could below setting causes the draining issues?

1. The hub is set up with wifi network and when it's switched off, the jukebox constantly searching for network over night? I wanted to try cable connection but my living room doesn't have internet cable to test.

2. Would linking speakers to Beovox or Line option affects the battery standby performance?

3. Is there any standby mode for beosound moment? I noticed when I switch off the hub, the tablet (jukebox) stops charging and it will continue to search for network? what does on and off button mean for the hub and is there any on and off button for the tablet?

4. Every time when I switch on the hub, it always shows error and it takes few attempts to re-link the connection or just leave the hub for 10min, it will somehow connects by itself.

Thanks guys and appreciate any thoughts.

Is this ongoing or just the first night?

The Moment takes a while to catalog and load music via the network, could still be doing that.

Thanks for quick reply, yes it is ongoing happening every night. I have done some self diagnosing and tired using the tablet for 2 hours out of the hub, so I think the battery should be ok and maybe it's somewhere or something draining the battery over night?

Maybe I should isolate Deezer and Tunein accounts as they are currently signed in?

If you switch off the hub (soundheart) by using the button on the back, the system is completely off and the tablet (juke box) is searching for the hub, therefore the battery will drain, even when on the hub.

You do not need to switch off the hub, it will automatically will go in stand by and the tablet screen will go off after few minutes. You can also go to stand by by long pressing jn middle of the volume ring. The system is designed to be in stand by modus all the time.

The tablet will drain within a day if not on the hub. On the hub it will charge and no draining will occur.

Hope this helps
