Beogram CD X

Hello! I just tried to get a Beogram CD X CD player to work at a local consignment shop. It turned on fine. But when I placed a cd into it, it just spun for 10-15 seconds then stopped. The red counter showed a 02. Am I doing something wrong!?

No.
Your CD player needs servicing.
Rivet vias and cracked solder joints, I think are the keywords here.
