Hi guys
I connected Beolab 50 speakers to Beovision Eclipse by Powerlink cable
- I set up preset for Beolab 50 and created speaker group in Beovision Setting.
- The connection was ok, all lens went up, and the sound was so great.
However, yesterday, when I turned on Beovision, there were no lens go up, and no sound from Beolab 50 speaker.
I don't know what happens and how to solve this. Anybody know this, please guide me how to solve this. Thank you
Does your default Speaker Group on the Eclipse include the BL50's?
Cheers

In fact, I don't know which Speaker Group is default Speaker Group on Eclipse.
I created a new Speaker Group that included BL50 speakers. and I don't know how to set it to default Speaker Group.
What happens, when you manually choose that group manually?
If the 50’s works as expected, all is well - and you could default this new group to music listening sources.
However it will be wise to include the 50’s in the Startup Group/the default group for the sound from tv and video sources.
For how to set this up, see here....and feel free to ask again.

There is a tv - and there is a BV
When I chose manually the group that included BL50, the lens didn't go up.
I chose BL50 in B&O app, "waking up Beolab50" showed up but nothing happened. If I choose BL50 in Product, "Beolab 50 is not reachable" showed up. I checked, the BL50 power is ok.
After 10 minutes, I didn't do anything, I chose the group, the lens went up normally, and can chose BL50 in B&O app without resetting anything.
I don't know why this happened ?
Hi,
Regarding Beolab 50, it seems that these speakers live their own life. Last night one of my speakers started a sound that was like someone was drilling in the wall for a couple of seconds. Then it stopped. The speakers was on but no sound was on from the Eclipse TV.
Very STRANGE!

What exactly did you do?
I suppose that you inow, that there must be a DPL connection from the master to the slave speaker?
Who set up the speakers in the first place?
Are the speakers updated to the latest sw?
maybe also start with (checking) wiring everything to the correct places and I would highly recommend connecting a network cable for internet as that improves the app experience significantly, and go from there.
