Is it possible to replace the stylus in the MMC 20CL cartridge ?

I have enjoyed my Beogram 2402 turntable for over 40 years. Last week the stylus broke off but the cartridge looks good. Is it possible to put a new needle in the cartridge without having to buy a whole new cartridge?

If so how can I do this?

Not something you can do "at the kitchen table".
It takes quite a bit of surgery since the cartridge wasn't built for this.
There are expert companies who can do it, either as a direct repair or as exchance..
