Beomaster 6500 with which speakers ???

Hi fellows,

I have a Beomaster 6500 and connected Beovox Penta I with them and I am planning to upgrade the speakers to Penta MK2. Can I also connect Beolab 7-2 with my Beomaster 6500 or will it be too much for the amplyfier ?

How about if I connect ex. 2xPanasonic 100W each speakers, would that be better to use instead of Beolab 7-2 ?

I’ve replied on your other thread.

Connecting a BeoLab 7-2 to your BM6500 will not tax the BM’s amplifier, as the amplifiersed is built into the 7-2.

I also highly recommend the 7-2 for sound quality. It sounds phenomenal with my BeoSound Essence Mk II.
