Will Beogram 6500 (model 5946, 220v) work in Belgium (where the standard is 230v) ?

For some models I would recommend switching it to the 240V setting if the actual mains voltage is much higher than 230V,
but all 220V B&O audio units should work fine on 220-240V as is.

No.
It has a fairly simple yet well dimensioned power supply.
It'll be no problem at all.
