Hi all

I have an Ouverture, it has been masterlinked to an MX4002 with the 4002 as master - it worked fine, took it out of service about 3 months ago, and I am now trying to set it up as a standalone unit in my workshop. I am trying to drive a pair of CX100's via a MCL 2P or an ML/MCL box, connections using a mk3 powerlink cable.

The Ouverture has been reprogged to standalone ie audio 1, when I switch on, the Ouverture fires up, but not either of the boxes, the headphone outlet works, lost as to a cause!

Help, anyone with any suggestions?

salut

tony

I don't know how many times I have typed this answer but it's a lot!!!!

You need a MARK 2 (sometimes called fully wired) powerlink cable to fire up a MCL2P or ML/MCL converter. No other cable will do the job.
