I know…B&O virus has grown on me !
Yes there is a problem fetching artists' images (DLNA artists) and moods (DLNA tracks and Deezer favorite tracks).
I have a ticket opened with B&O Support since Sept 10th for this issue and B&O are supposed to produce a fix. When? I have no clue ....

I share this, not to go over old ground or my old posts but hopefully to be of assistance. Unfortunately I experienced similar problems some 9 months ago. I wrote to beocare on a number of occasions and received no reply. I then escalated to the CEO on three occasions and eventually had a teleconference established with two staff in Denmark. We tried playing with a number of workarounds, TWONKY, NAS etc.
At one point I had most of my artist and album cover art displaying 90% correctly for about 5 weeks, The Moodwheel never worked properly, though that wasn't a deal breaker for me, Then came various software updates and we were back to square one. I raised the issue again, the replies from Denmark ceased. My dealer's technical staff also tried to get responses and it all went silent. During this whole process of problems I actually had three Moments, B&O suggesting they were faulty and a new one would rectify the problems, At the same time Bang and Olufsen were closing all stores in Australia and I decided to return my Moment and get a refund as I didn't trust Denmark to assist with any issues, once the Australian stores were closed.
I did persist with the Moment for over 12 months, hence the three new units. They never worked properly and I spent every weekend trying to reload music , replace artwork, re organise the set up. I stopped enjoying the music because it was constantly not working properly. Up until that point I probably naively thought B&O in Denmark cared about customer service. I've had a number of B&O music players- the beocenter 2, Beosound 5 and the Moment. The moment was the most problematic yet had the most potential. Each product eventually became obsolete because of software issues. I only had my Beosound 5 for 18 months before it was essentially obsolete as anything more than a music server.
I still love the products but will not buy a music system again nor do I have faith in B&Os software development/ management capability. Though to be fair the B&O App has been stable lately and I run my whole music system from that App. (Attn Mr Andersson).
In short I wouldn't bother with the Moment, it will frustrate you no end.
My final word on the matter is my absolute disappointment in the lack of response from Denmark. I think they gave up too, on the Moment but also responding to complaints and trying to spin the 'Emperors New clothes'.

Same with my Beosound Moment. Additionally I have the problem, that the Album cover arts are not displayed (= gray box) anymore, as long as I am using the DLNA Expert Mode (beta). Since roughly 2 weeks.
When I turn off "Expert Mode (beta)", the are Album cover art is displayed as expected and it was before in the "Expert Mode (beta)", too. Strange, because the software is not changed and why does it work correctly without "Expert Mode (Beta)"?

If you talk about browsing the collection on the JukeBox, I don't have this behavior when in Expert mode. While artists' images are no longer fetched from Gracenote and a grey tile is shown instead, DLNA albums behind the artist' tile have a cover assuming cover is present in the track's metadata and metadata is exposed by the DLNA server.
Is there some kind of workaround on how to?
I'm about to sort 4T of collected music and will sort and convert any wma lossless to flac and this try make this work on my Moment properly.

I want to add to this that this time consuming work should also affect the displaying of cover etc for another netlinked based products, like the Essence mk2, Core, etc. If the expert mode causes a reduced compatibility for these NL products (B&O app controlled), them would it be wise to use the expert-mode?

(1) When you have a large library and when your DLNA server has playlists such "last played" "recently added", then Expert mode is a MUST as it gives you manual control over collection harvest or refresh. Otherwise the Moment will detect a DLNA change when a playlist is updated and will trigger a library rescan which means constant harvesting as you play which usually ends up with unexpected results and streaming disruption.
(2) Expert mode let you manage your own artists' images assuming the DLNA server you use for Music also handles Photos.
If you use Twonky, then Expert mode is required for reason (1) and you could also leverage feature (2) the DLNA Photo service to manage your own artists' images assuming it is complementary to Gracenote, as self-managing thousands of artists's images is unrealistic. I personally use this feature when images are missing or not as nice as I would like
If you use MinimServer, Expert mode may not be required as it does not have such dynamic playlists. Rescan will be triggered only when new music is added, but you may want to keep the rescan manually controlled (Expert mode) if you add many albums in a short time, in this case I recommend adding the albums first, then trigger a single rescan from the Moment. Minimserver does not offer DLNA Photo service.

The Moment is just another DLNA controller that manages it own database to store music information (not music content) for smart browsing and search.
For example, the Moment will not store any album cover image but instead will associate to the track information it maintains in its database the URI (web link) of where to find the album cover in the DLNA server, same for the Artist image, it will store the information on where in Gracenote to find the artist image, or, if Expert mode is on, where to look for the artist image in your DLNA server.
In summary, your collection exposed by your DLNA servers is untouched by the Moment, you will have no intrusive effect to other products leveraging the same DLNA server.

I'm using the MinimServer option that comes with the QNAP server (at the moment a TS-251, upgrading to a TS-451)
I have exactly the same issue in the past few weeks. The moment has a few of the albums greyed out and the inner circle of my mood wheel is not working. I’ve had the moment for 3 years and it’s been fine working with Deezer. But despite reloading my Deezer content on the moment and resetting your password on my Deezer account I still get the same issue. I can live with a few grey pictures but I use the centre ring of the moodwheel a lot so this is really annoying. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to fix. Also for some reason why I try to check if I’m on the latest version of the software I get an error so wondering if it’s related. Thanks

Reporting issues through the app, or hrough Testflight for beta users, is completely useless according to my experience. Surprisingly, this forum is where we receive more feedback from B&O ...
@MrAndersen: maybe you should clarify this point? (I guess some B&O employees read many, if not all, of our posts)
FYi: I chased B&O last week again as my suspicion about a broken relationship between B&O and Gracenote is growing.
Fansastic:Until a solution is found they advice a factory reset for the Moment. This seems to help on many occasions, but not always.
Well hopefully things will be fixed in the end.I've just got my Moment back for a second time, as both times is failed apparently PCB 999 so will see how it works.

Fansastic:B&O states that the new fix will solve Deezer problems but not Moodwheel problems. I do not know of any Deezer problems as the problems are with Gracenote and DLNA content.
