The innercircle is for your own music on DLNA + your likes music on Deezer. Due to gracenote issues this is not functioning anymore. Despite multiple promises from B&O support, there is no fix yet.

Well before the upgrade I didn't have this white dot it wasn't functioning at all. I will add content to my DLNA as my music library is emtpy ( complete reset ) and my Deezer account doesn't contain any favorites whatsoever. I will test and get back to you.
Out of curiosity, when you add media to your library, does fetching mood work? Because If gracenote is not working I'm not sure how it's detecting the genre.
This used to never show up prior the update.

Hello all,
I have stopped asking about a fix and the main reason is that I feel they are mocking me. Even if they don't know in which stage (if there is one) is the development of a fix why they don't ask their programming team? They should know...
Funny thing is that I bought the moment for the moodwheel feature. It never worked correctly. I have even participated in an interview which had as a goal to "see" how people interact with their moment. Moreover, I am selling mine cause there is nothing that can beat Roon. I have a big collection of music files and I have never been so amazed about the way an application manages my library.
In addition I have stopped using deezer as a streaming service...I now use tidal. And the last nail on the coffin is that since then I have never bought a new device from B&O, I always buy second hand....at least you know if they do what it is written on the box!!!!
Thanks for resurrecting this thread as I was about to purchase a Moment from a dealer. Having read through this entire thread I won’t be doing that now. I also liked and considered the BS5. What a shame these products just aren’t supported properly. Simon.
B&O products are V1-32, BS2, H95, E8 and an Essence remote.11-46 now replaced with Sony A90J 65”, Sony HT-A9, Sony UBP-X800M2 and Sony SRS-NS7.

I don't see album cover or artist images anymore in the now playing screen when I play Deezer tracks.
I gave up chasing B&O for the Moodwheel, I had some hope that they could replace it simply with something else such as Deezer Music flow + a random play of the local DLNA library when present, but nothing in the horizon.
I still reports bugs such as:

I have given up asking for a fix for the moment simply because every time I get frustrated for having paid 2,2k for something that does maybe 20% of what it was supposed to do and I am almost begging for a fix. At least they could try to make a version of the b&o app or the beoliving app even better that could run on a moment.
It seems the “latest” software version is different for different systems.

Regarding the Jukebox Type number; which ones are there? And what you're saying then is that:
Type 1 Moment would have:
Jukebox v2.2.2.3900
Soundheart v2.2.29827.253289881
and Type 2 Moment have:
Jukebox v2.2.3.3903
Soundheart v2.2.34978.4941285
Looking at my system - have:
Soundheart Type 2997
Soundheart application version: 2.2.31594.26265250
System software version: 2.2.2.3900
