Hi guys I have second h9i touchpad fail within 5 months... The touch gestures sometimes work, and most of the times don't work except for play/pause.
I'd love to know how many people own H9i and if you have similar problems with the touch pad, as I can see many threads on reddit etc with the same problem....

Same touchpad issues - but have given up the touchpad and just use my phone. But doesn't look good for my B&O H9i when the AirPod Pro is released in the near future - then I will retire them.

I must say - WOW, what an excellent customer service experience! After receiving a return voucher via the Beoplay return services website, I dropped the parcel at ups on early Monday afternoon. After receiving confirmation of shipment and delivery at B&O service site, my new H9i has been delivered at Thursday noon. Quick and smooth process.
The new headphone works well and flawless, all functions of the touchpad perform what they are supposed to. The app integration works as well without any problems.

Volume, etc on the touch pad is hard to get to work smooth. I normally use the source volume/paus or just take the headphones of my head and that pause-functions works without problem,
