Can't get beosound 5 encore to see my NAS

Hi guys, 

need help here.

i just tried setting my BS5 encore up with a NAS (QNAP 219 II, twonky 6.0.39) , wired thru a dlink router.

All devices see the NAS except the BS5. On the Twonky I see BS5 has made contact with it as a B&O media receiver.

Replaced the NAS with a pc running twonky 7 server, same result.

what am I missing here????

Is your encore new? Have you had any NAS access on your encore?

When I had mine and when I first got it I couldn't see it either

You have to double tap the right arrow then go to go into the setup menu and then find it in the settings.

did you instruct the BS5e to which media server to connect to? Do as instructed above

It's a new BS5 and it never had any NAS connections.

Do I just do the "double right and go" at any place?

I had my arm pointing at "mode" and I get the selection  of "radio" "a.aux" and "settings"

Did that sequence and nothing happened.....am I supposed to get into another "setup menu"?

When you do the "right left right left go" thing, the item selected has to be "parameters" (or settings, my Encore is not in English, so I can't name the exact word). Then you will have a settings menu with some new elements, like the NAS selection!
