Hello. This is my first post and it's a question regarding the value of my TX turntable. I obtained a a few weeks ago. It is in working order. It plays records like a dream. I was going to keep it but I am into photography so I'm looking to sell it to buy a new Canon DSLR. If I didn't sell my two pairs of JBL L-100's I'd be tempted to keep it.
What would the current value be? Any idea how much it cost back in the day? Any info will be appreciated.

An interesting deck - based on the 6002 but with no remote facility. Cheapest tangential deck but performs nicely - regard it as a less good looking less well made 4002 and you would not be far wrong. Value will be tricky as B&O just didn't sell that many so not many come up! With a cartridge it is still a good deck but I reckon it will struggle to get £100 without the cartridge. Problems are the metal parts coming loose due to the double sided tape rotting and the hinge box self destructing into hundreds of pieces of plastic due to poor materials being used. These faults also apply to the 6006, 8000, 6002 and 8002.
