Hi Beoworlders!
Which is the most special or unusual B&O store you have visited? Care to share a photo or video? Here is one to start you off - this store is one of my favourites, it is made from the timbers of a medieval ship!

When we were in Copenhagen earlier this year we visited a B&O store there and it was fully fitted out with the rotating padded walls but seemed much shabbier than the ill-fated central London converted bank off New Bond Street.

Nice find, Steve.
Maybe not as ‘fancy’, but surely special - the B&O shop in Silkeborg/DK.
Located in an old town hall - integrated with a nice café and a restaurant.....have a look:

Wow, there are some great B&O stores about! The old London flagship store (Hanover Square) was great, I heard a rumour that the owner of the building forced B&O out at short notice?
Any more great stores out there?
By the way, can anyone guess which B&O store this is (taken in the 1950s, before it became B&O)?

Kind regards, Steve.
On a corner, big windows, busy street...
My first thought was a London store, but the more I look at it - the more it looks like Mark's store in Northampton?

Living here in the US, just finding a B&O store would make it unusual.

I'm afraid I'm recovering from the BeoVirus.
You must be thick skinned Steve. I lost count of the local people who came to buy something from me and complained about the previous owner of B&O Cambridge. Was his name David ?
He seemed to think that he had a monopoly and nobody should sell used B&O except him. Needless to say, I didn't get on with him!
Regards Graham
Hi Lee,
Yes, spot on! Northampton it is
Hi joeyboygolf,
David retired from Cambridge quiet a few years ago, it is now run by Paul Blake who is very approachable and easy to get on with. I would encourage you to visit Cambridge again if you haven't been in since the change of ownership. The store layout is now much better as well, making a very nice place to see the current and recent products.
How about this one? I haven't been there, but stumbled upon it by accident and thought I'd share it here

That’s a nice one - I’d like to visit that.

Not that kind of special, but this is my local store, and the first of the concept stores.

Very competent and serviceminded people :)

The most southerly would be Bang & Olufsen Auckland

I have always loved the Dutch B&O store in Roermond.
Selling B&O but also other hifi products.
Part of the store building is a house that is completely furnished as such with real multiroom / NL experience.
So maybe not that unusual, but perhaps a good example of how a B&O dealership can be?
my dealer for a long time when I lived in bedford

My favourite store was the Berlin store I visited a couple of weeks ago. Absolutely fantastic. Packed full of kit in various locations. They had so much kit you could compare an Edge on the floor against wall-mounted or A9 floor standing against wall-mounted. They even had 3 Eclipse TVs in various setups.
