Hi all, Small but annoying problem i have is that on the end of the arm where the speed illumination shows either 33 or 45 RPM.
Mostly when i use the machine the 33 RPM light does not come on. But always the 45 RPM illuminates every time when chosen.
Sometimes after using for a time then the 33 RPM will come on...
Can anyone help with this minor but annoying problem
Thanks Sandy.

The speed indicators are controlled directly by the microprocessor.
These are light-emitting diodes.
On the way from the servo board, the signal is passed through two small boards, where could have formed a cold solder joint, or the signal goes through a cable break (worst possibility!) It can of course also in the detector arm of the light emitting diode have a loose connection.
Most unlikely is that the LED itself is defective.
The small boards are located on the vibrating chassis at the mute switch and on the tone arm chassis behind.
Only a consistent check of all connections helps!
If the diode is broken, so surely someone is here in the forum, which has one for you.
A peaceful Advents weekend wishes you
wilfried
Many thanks Wilfried for the detailed reply.
I will possibly have a look into the problem when i feel brave enough...
