My bs moment since day one was very unstable through wifi
Today I decided to connect it to my local network through lan cable
it works really stable but my ipad/iphone app cannot locate it. Only my other b&o products.
anyone, any hint?
thank you and happy holidays!!
Do you have any VLANs set up? In other words, is there a reason your WiFi traffic would be partitioned from your hard-wired traffic for any reason?
No, no vlan
all on the same network

BS Moment, BS Core, BG 4002, BC 4500, BS1, BL18, BL19, BL8000 + RCV1, A6, M5, M3, A1, P6 (tks Botty), H5, TR1
Yes. Because I got a message cannot locate, I removed it but now trying to add it back but no luck.
both products online
Can you check the IP address of each product by clicking on them and verify that they are in the same address space (they should). Please don't send screen copy with any address in this forum, of partially hide the end.
Both your A6 and your Moment should have an address like 192.168.1.xx
Also click on the RED items to see what are the issues reported here.
Finally, you can remove the B&O app from one of your i-device and reinstall it from scratch to see if it fixes the issue.
Now I tried again and the app found it. through beotools the red on the system configuration turned green.
and the funny thing is that I did not do anything, just tried again.
the red on the internet connectivity still red, if I press it appears that the A6 is not connected on the internet but it actually is.

It's a question of time :-) even if exaggerated here ....
