Hi,

Ive recently bought a pair of 8000s but I have an issue with one of the speakers going into standby for no reason. There is no set time it happens, but it often happens after 1+ hours.

Im using the RCA connection, have tried different cables and sources. I was considering buying a Beolab Receiver 1 to connect using the powerlink connection instead.

Does anybody have any insight on what the issue might be?

Thanks

Gary

Maybe a dry joint on the back of the rca input of the BeoLab.

Rather than the wireless transmitter, why not try one of these;

Thanks for the tip!

That switch looks a bit expensive. My TV is WISA enabled, I was planning on going this route anyway so purchasing the Receiver 1 suits me better :)

I might try a  3.5 / RCA to powerlink cable if I can find one. Dont have the money for the Receiver 1 atm. Expensive XMas!!

Cheers
