Hi,

I don't have any song when I used a non B&O source with the AUX connector, although the AUX run with some other B&O source.

I have the same non result with any other connector of the beomaster, phono/tape1/tape2......

I do not understand why

Hi

The B&O AUX plug is used for input and output. Are you sure your (homemade?) cable is properly wired?

Hi YL,

Welcome to Beoworld!  Which device are you trying to connect to the Beomaster please?  If this is an iPod or other portable music player with a headphone socket, then you can use the CD, Phono, Tape 1 or Tape 2 sockets on the Beomaster via a cable like this one:-

https://soundsheavenly.com/bang-olufsen/67-298-minijack-to-aux-in-ipod-to-beosound-beomaster-beocenter-using-aux-din-socket.html#/2-length-1m

The Aux socket is intended for a link to an older B&O TV or a Beolink Converter, so it is best ignored when connecting a non-B&O device to the Beomaster, as it won't work as expected.

Kind regards, Steve.

Steve.
