Am an old time B&O fan.  Had one of the first Beosystem 1's in the US DFW area.  Now have a Beosystem 3, with Panasonic plasma, 5.1 surround sound with B&O 8000's, 4000s, and center speaker (7.4).   Using Beolink to a 3500 in my office, and an amp that drives some outside speakers.   Relatively happy for all these years, but now am starting to have some issues.   Regularly get hdcp issues without our Roku, also having some issues with resolution on some channels.

Am looking at 4K options, and not seeing one from B&O, but don't really want to swap out all my gear.   Is there a 'simple' option to use an amp that supports 4K video, and could work with my existing speakers?  I think there's an option to connect the speakers to an amp, just using a line out from the amp, though I don't think there is an option to continue with the Beolink.   Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated.

Welcome to the forum. I suspect I may be the owner of your old Beosystem 1 - I still have it but siting unused next to an old / original Avant.

I upgraded to a Beosystem 3 some years back, but about 2 years ago I went for the Avant 75. Curious what route you decide to take.
