Considering replacing my BV10-40 with something bigger and OLED, but not B&O. Trouble is, I love the integration of the BV.
Is it possible to integrate a 'foreign' panel into a B&O environment? I have spent many hours reading the forums, but can't quite grasp what is needed.
I currently have:
BV10-40
BS9000
BL1 x 2 front speakers
BL6000 x 2 rear speakers
BL2 subwoofer
All connected using Masterlink, all in the same room.
Any advice appreciated.
I lot of info here in the Forum.
e.g. Look at my thread. I have integrated Beolabs and Loewe TV with an Almando Multiplay.

.....he wants to use ML - which would mean plus a NL/ML Converter.

There is a tv - and there is a BV
Not easily, and to the extent that it's possible, not completely.
While it's only a part of your issue, one thing I might suggest is to connect the 9000 to the aux input of a Core as I have. Then I can use the Beo4 remote and the system plays locally as though it were directly connected. It can also be shared throughout the house.
Obviously the more link rooms you have the bigger an expense the conversion becomes, but if you're only worried about the local connection between the BeoSound 9000 and whatever the video setup is, you can overcome it to some extent using line-in signal sensing.
