This is an amazing article ... some one spent a LOT of time rendering hypothetical views of what an Apple TV ecosystem might look like ... when you see who the author is, you have to wonder whether this is inside track knowledge and >80% accurate Surprise

Hmm.... I hope the Apple TV will function more like an advanced version of an Imac than just a smart TV. Like an even bigger computer power close to the mac pro perhaps with only one PCI slot instead with display resolution similar to the current Imac except a lot bigger with a blu ray drive. I hate that the new Imac can neither be wall mounted and doesn't have a built in drive. And I have to wait for a new Mac pro to get the features I want. My plan is to get a new audiophile centric computer system that will perform all room equalization and audio optimization digital filters but with a display that I can easily fold away into a work desk. Now that the Imac can't even be wall mounted I don't know what to do. The current mac pro line up is so outdated already. No USB3.0 or thunderbolt. I guess I just have to wait. And perhaps by then Jplay will be Mac compatible. I am going to get my room renovated by Jan I hope I won't have to wait to long for a solution for the Imac to be wall mounted or better yet for a new Mac pro to be launched so I can have an audiophile low noise PCI SOtM USB card installed.

I think this could well be the end of B&O
