I am snailing, I am snailing, I am snailing across the roads ...

and now enjoying a dinner near Rendsburg., but without my Serenats. It decided to stay anywhere in Bremervörde without me. Police knows and I hope to retrieve it in the next weeks. I am lucky to have an iPod for maling.

Looking forward to the dinner on Monday night

To me, it seems more like the famous "dining philosophers" problem from computer science Big Smile

"Five silent philosophers sit at a table around a bowl of spaghetti. A fork is placed between each pair of adjacent philosophers.

Each philosopher must alternately think and eat. Eating is not limited by the amount of spaghetti left: assume an infinite supply. However, a philosopher can only eat while holding both the fork to the left and the fork to the right."

One problem with the "picture" ... I don't think we will be silent Laughing

Another problem with the "picture" - I'm usually too hungry to wait until both of the people I'm sitting with have finished their meals before I start eating... Big Smile

Just dropped in in Kolsing with good hope to arrive in Struer on Sun- or Monday. Good news about my lost Serenata: It is spending its own holidays at a barbers shop in Germany and waiting for recollection on my way back.

Thats good news, and good going, I did Halmstad, Sweden - Husum, Germany, and back some years ago, but with wife and three kids 5, 4, and 0.5 years old, I had a front mount kid seat and a trailer with tent and bed for the baby, and all sleeping bags and baggage, my wife had kid seats front and back, and we changed the loads when needed, we did between 50 and 80 Km a day, depending on the good Danish camp grounds, one of my best vacations.

Keep them coming and good wind

That sounds a great experience Soren ... almost as good as changing nappies in a pup tent in a down pour Big Smile

We were in Paris on Thursday night, Amsterdam on Friday night, Hannover last night, and we are checking out to head north to meet the other Soren for lunch ....

I have just had Elephant and mrs Elephant to lunch; quite interesting to talk with a fellow Beoworlder!

They enjoyed the "marinerede sild" and "dyrelægens natmad" on Danish Rhye bread, "remoulade" was also accepted with roastbeef and roasted onions Smile

Vinyl records, cassettes, open reel, valve amplifiers and film photography.

As much as I would have liked to join Soren as one of those vintage equipment fans it's just not clear when we will passing by there Sad

Hopefully he will be at the Museum meeting which is open to everyone.

Just another 10 hours to go till it's "gentlemen start your engines" for us Wink

P.S. And I've learned that if you are invited for "middag" that's not before 18h00 Stick out tongue

Make me drool, not only the food, but also having a fellow BeoVirus infected Beoworlder with wife visiting, coming all  the way from down under, I'm suffering alone in Mexico, that calls for a local made liquid. Keep them coming and have a jolly good time.

Only 10 miles to Buffalo, no, to Struer (After a ballard by Theodor Fontane)

Yesterday I only made about 65 km to Kolsing spending my second night in DK in a nice wandrerhjem. Today I first took a rollercoaster ride through the hills NW of Kolding at a speed between 5 and 50 . Thus I only got to Holstebro after a ride of 135 km. Tomorrow there will enough time to explore Toftumbjerge where I was the last time in 1968. Then I shall listen to your stories...

On my way  now in the train. Freshly branded B&O PLAY with the V1 TV (adds).

It is a beautiful day and I am looking at / over the Danish country side now. I didn't get that much further than Hoeje Taastrup (18km east of Cph) before so this is nice.

Will arrive around 17.00 see you all on te restaurant / bar

Well, Lee and I arrived in Struer on Sunday, Lee in his own car coming by ferry from the UK and me by car driving from Copenhagen.

This morning Lee gave me a tour of the shopping area of Struer which took us about 10 minutes, but on our way we called in at the B&O shop in the centre.

Regards Keith....

Hi Keith,

I think that Poul's Radio in Struer has had a lot of visitors today! Whistle

A very nice B&O store with a good collection of CDs and bluray discs for sale - a good way to increase footfall into the store.....

I can see this becoming a drink by drink account! I hope you have a great time tonight - just make sure than you don't get Beoworld barred ! Very jealous - just finished seeing what is hopefully my last emergency appointment - been a busy day.

We are however celebrating as Strog, one of our basset hounds, has won his first CC this week end!

Looking forward to lots of photos - is it worth starting a new thread as this one is getting long!

Thanks Soren (of Esbjerg) for posting the pictures so quickly -- we both had a great time enjoying the lunch, meeting your parents and talking, and of course seeing your collection and hearing some music - both recorded and live !

I must report that we discovered a medical fact about one source of the Beovirus .....

It appears that Soren was infected from his father Smile and so we also saw Paul's collection Smile which was not as big as Soren's however I think they may had more stashed elsewhere in the attic and elsewhere Big Smile

Either of their collections put mine to shame Smile and I have never seen some many tangential beogram's - not even in the B&O stores of the 70s and 80s Laughing

One good thing is that Sue now understands that I only have a mild infection .... although she did start to look very worried when Soren and Paul were telling me how easy it would be to buy and take home a tangential with me Laughing her threat was that she would buy some things for herself - but I wonder what 15 kgs of diamonds would cost Sad Surprise Crying Broken Heart

And Soren of Mexico ... we also talked about you and remembered you fondly with your post of receiving your Danish fix of Remoulade
