Hello everyone, here's hoping someone can help?
I have a perfectly functioning Beocenter 9500 using the touch control panel.
I had a failed Beolink 100 remote and have just replaced it with a working unit. A visual test to see if the emitters are workiing is to operate the remote when pointing it at an iPhone selfie camera. You should see the emitters flash, and I do.
However, the Beocenter won't respond to it at all. It is not displaying any warning codes.
Does anyone know what might be wrong?
Many thanks in advance!
It may be in A.OPT 0, where it does not respond to IR commands.
With the system in standby, use the remote to press SOUND 1 STORE. The display in the top right of the BC9500 show briefly show the digit 1.
And hopefully now it will work!
You are a star! Instant fix in seconds. Thank you so much!
Great news - thanks for letting us know!
