Hi all,

I'm new to this forum and I'm hoping someone with more knowledge might be able to advise me?

I bought a beautiful Beogram 2000 turn table of ebay. Its in mint condition, but the only problem is the motor is not turning. I'm not sure if these motors can be refurbished or if there are other possibilities that might cause the motor not to work, Fuse's etc? I hoping some one on here might be able to give me some pointers as I really want to get the deck working, thanks.

Which 2000? There are two of them - the one with pegs for the record support and an SP cartridge and the very slim lightweight one with Datalink. Both are really rather nice!

Thanks for the reply Peter.

Its the version with pegs, I will try and upload a picture if that helps?
