Anyone had this issue? The problem is  that the brightness is going up and down. Really annoying, dont have this problem if I connect direct from fx PS3 to projector. It mk3, and I'm using DVI to HDMI from TV to projector.

Maybe it`s worth trying different settings in Customer Service Menu - Picture adjustments - Display2 - Framelock.

Setting in my BV7 is : "Double Buffer".

Hope this helps and

Glædelig Jul

Hi Stefan, I don't have these settings, it seems, I have software 4.0 and has trouble getting the TV updated (500km to nearest shop). Do you think the problem may solve itself by updating the software?

God jul til deg også:-)

Very old sw...

But if you have cinema function, you should have these menues..(?)

Did you enter customer service menu by pressing MENU - RED - GO?

And no, I don't think that the problem will solve itself by updating your BV.

I had this same issue, i was worried that we may have to replace the hdmi but in the end there was a setting that fixed it. I think it was 'force 3d' - it was a BV7-55 Mk2. I think if you speak to a dealer they will be able to find out the solution over the phone for you, or provide a software update if needed. The good news is I think this is totally fixable!

When i had my 7-40 MK3. Had to set the Setting to "Double Buffer" for my jvc projector.

I have had a Mk1 and MK2 7-55 with out the projector problem.
