Welcome to Beoworld.

It's a radiogram from 1949.
AM radio receiver in glorious mono with built-in record changer (record player accepting more records in a stack to play non-stop in a row with optional pause between every or every second record - all mechanical).
Interesting model, though the original record changer seems to have been replaced by something I don't recognize.

The value is difficult; As with lots of other antiques, the older B&O things are generally worth what people are prepared to pay and condition is often paramount.
The missing record changer will pull value down but it may still be of interest to someone.
