The static noises are mostly caused by one of the amplifiers inside. The dealer is only capable of ordering a complete chassis (all the electronics inside) and make a swap.
The costs will always be lower than finding another spare BL5.

It's a common misunderstanding that every problem is caps related. At this scenario it definitely isn't.Changing a complete chassis is the most reliable and quickest solution the dealer can offer you. It can be done at the dealer's or at home, where faultfinding takes more time (especially with static noises which often also occur after some time) and isn't recommendable.
The customers gets a chassis which is checked and tested in DK before it's placed.
