Hi there. I have a beomaster 2400 and am adding two beovox p45 to the rear of my room on the second speaker connectors. I feel like the p45 are a little overwhelming at the same volume of my s120s in the front. Is there a way to reduce one set of speakers in volume relative to the other set? Thanks!
Hi Mark,
Unfortunately the speakers are wired in parallel internally, and are designed to be used in separate rooms, so the only simple thing you can do is turn Speakers 2 on/off using the little switch. (Or you could turn Speakers 1 off by inserting a headphone jack.)
Two more complex solutions:
- Run a line level output from the tape socket and use a separate amp for one of the pairs of speakers. Unfortunately you would not be able to control the overall volume together using the remote (as the line level is fixed)

Others on the forum may have other solutions.

That would go between the amp and one of the sets of speakers, and it's stereo so you'd only need one for the set.
