I have a pair of Beoplay E8 2.0 that i havent used for a few months. When i tried to charge them today nothing happens, the led on the charing case does not blink or light up, and everything seems dead. Any suggestions? I have tried different chargers, and left them in for a few hours.
Make sure that the LED indicator on the charger is flashing orange chatrandom; otherwise, you need to reposition the earphones. If there is sweat or liquid on the charging contacts, corrosion may occur. In this situation, please clean the charging terminal or earphones before charging the nordvpn battery.
But it seems like the charger(the case) isnt charing either, nothing happens when i plug in the usbc cabel.
Having exactly the same problem. Any solutions yet?
Even I have the same issue. Please let me know what you guys did to resolve the issue?

Wow..That's good response from BnO. I am waiting for this Covid-19 situation to calm down. Although i did send email to BnO service center here in Melbourne, Australia. Hope they consider to change it :)
